Job Title: SLA Service Coordinator

Description:

The role of the SLA Service Coordinator involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, project managers, beneficiaries, providers, and legal/compliance teams to ensure effective SLA issuance, signing, monitoring, and review. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and governing Service Level Agreements (Internal Contracts). This includes working closely with various teams to ensure timely and efficient SLA execution.

Responsibilities:

  • SLA Issuance: Coordinate SLA issuance with IC Factory Team, Banking Platform IT ISPL, Project Managers, and Beneficiaries.
  • SLA Signature: Manage SLA signature with onshore managers, beneficiaries, and providers.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure legal documents align with project deliveries; escalate blocking issues where necessary.
  • KPIs and Reporting: Produce and maintain KPIs for SLA (IC – Internal Contract).
  • Meetings and Communication: Schedule, prepare, and lead committee meetings.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams; adapt to evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Contract Initiation: Initiate contracts upon deployment of purchase or in-house applications.
  • Post-SLA Activities: After SLA signing, ensure service reviews with beneficiaries and providers (covering KPIs, services, etc.).
  • SLA Governance: Actively contribute to overall SLA governance.
  • SLA Execution: Manage SLA control execution.
  • Support: Support SLA issuance and coordination with IC Factory Team, IT Office, Project Managers, and Beneficiaries.

Requirements:

  • At least 9–12 years of relevant experience in SLA management.
  • Strong knowledge of Legal documentation, Data Protection (GDPR), and IT Security.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
