
Hotel Front Desk Coordinator

The Duty Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's front desk. The main responsibility of this position is to provide exceptional customer service to guests, while also maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the front desk operations, including handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns they may have
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information, payment details, and other relevant data
• Ensure that all front desk equipment and systems are functioning properly, and make repairs or replacements as needed
• Communicate effectively with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and accounting
• Demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent customer service, responding promptly to guest needs, and addressing any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and priorities competing for attention
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports
• Ability to lift 25 pounds, with frequent bending, stooping, and standing required
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
