 As a Program Advisor, you will play a key role in helping potential students achieve their career goals by consulting them on how our programs can support their aspirations.

 

 You will be responsible for contacting warm leads via phone and email to provide customized information and guidance throughout the enrolment process.

 

 The successful candidate will have excellent communication and critical thinking skills, as well as experience in inside sales or consultative selling in the International Edtech market.

 

 Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing in-depth information to interested students about our world-class education options.
  • Building and managing a pipeline of leads that have inquired about our programs.
  • Guiding learners through the enrolment process by following up and building urgency without being pushy.
  • Collaborating with leadership to provide feedback on call quality, observed trends, and insights from student conversations.

 

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of inside sales/consultative selling experience in International Edtech markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to make 120+ dials and/or emails a day.
  • Experience using a CRM (preferably Salesforce).
  • Growth mindset and ability to implement feedback.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a large pipeline with different stages in the enrolment process.
