We are seeking a skilled Student Guidance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the process of choosing the right course for their academic and career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counselling prospective students and providing guidance on various undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered by our institution.
- Communicating with students through data calling and online chat platforms.
- Advising students on specific degree programs and admission procedures.
- Collecting feedback from participants and consolidating it for future improvements.
- Handling queries from students over the phone.
- Converting leads into admissions.
- Recording and maintaining information on leads and follow-up activities.
- Maintaining accurate records of student interactions and progress.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to influence and persuade others.
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant technology tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
