  • Be the face of FirstClub during on-ground brand activations and society events.
  • Interact with customers, communicate the FirstClub story with energy and charm.
  • Manage setup and execution of residential society activations and offline events across the city.
  • Capture feedback and generate leads from offline engagement.

This role requires prior experience in conducting on-ground events, society activations, or pop-ups. You must be a confident communicator who thrives in high-energy, people-facing roles. Comfortable working in flexible slots and traveling within Bangalore, passionate about startups, marketing, and customer interaction.

As an intern, you will get hands-on exposure to BTL marketing at a fast-growing consumer startup, a chance to be part of the early brand-building journey, stipend + certificate + loads of learnings, and a front-row seat to how new-age brands are built.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth.
  2. Develop and implement event strategies to increase brand visibility.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in conducting on-ground events, society activations, or pop-ups.
  • Confident communication skills and ability to thrive in high-energy, people-facing roles.
