Job Summary

As a seasoned SAP HCM Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success by delivering effective human capital management solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping organizations optimize their HR processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements to develop tailored SAP HCM solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to enhance current processes and systems, ensuring seamless integration and data consistency.
  • Provide functional support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and system upgrades.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in SAP HCM modules, with a strong focus on PA, OM, TM, PY, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including configuration, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Experience in end-to-end implementations and system upgrades, with a proven track record of success.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors and SAP Fiori, with the ability to leverage these tools to drive business value.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment, with a strong focus on adaptability and flexibility.
