Lead a team of experts in implementing cloud-based human capital management solutions. Collaborate with clients to design, configure and deploy tailored HCM solutions that meet their unique business needs.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a senior professional responsible for leading the implementation of HCM solutions from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HCM business processes and data flow, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops to understand client needs and expectations.
  • Design and configure HCM cloud solutions for optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement training programs for clients and internal teams.
  • Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problems.
  • Interact with clients frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of HCM business processes and data flow, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. You will also be able to mentor and coach junior team members, and provide guidance on project planning and execution.

Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle.
  • Expert working experience in OTL, US Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, Security and Helpdesk modules.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem-solving, influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Leadership capability with strong planning and follow-up skills, mentorship, Work Allocation, monitoring and status updates.

In addition to the above requirements, successful candidates will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
