Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Lead

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM to lead end-to-end implementations.

This challenging role requires a deep understanding of the hire-to-retire cycle, including module expertise in OTL, US Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, Security, Absence Management, and ORC.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering successful HCM projects, collaborating with clients, and providing thought leadership on HCM Cloud business processes and data flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end HCM implementations with expertise in the hire-to-retire cycle
  • Develop and implement functional designs, configurations, and testing plans
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful go-lives
  • Provide guidance on HCM Cloud business processes and data flow
  • Mentor and train teams on HCM best practices and new technologies
  • Identify and resolve complex functional issues
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in HCM implementation and management
  • Expertise in at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, including 2 with HCM Cloud
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
