Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, with a strong focus on functional aspects.

The successful consultant will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, and Benefits. They will also develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions, and perform system testing, unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing.

In addition to technical skills, the consultant will need excellent communication and collaboration abilities, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on functional aspects.
  • Hands-on experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Must have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementations in modules such as Fusion Payroll, Fusion Core HR, Fusion Absences, Fusion Talent Modules, OTL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Oracle certifications are a plus.
