Job Description

Fusion HCM Payroll Consultants specialize in designing and implementing payroll systems, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Their primary responsibilities include integrating payroll systems with external software solutions such as ADP, assessing technical feasibility, creating detailed technical design documents, and developing code packages.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in payroll elements, fast formulas, and costing setup
  • Knowledge of payroll flows, checklists, and payroll processing methodologies
  • Understanding of payroll tables and pay run results analysis
  • Proficiency in HCM data loader, HDL, and HSDL tools

Fusion HCM Payroll Consultants collaborate closely with functional teams to develop prototypes and migrate code to different environments. They should be able to create HSDL-based spreadsheet loaders and utilize OBTI to generate analysis reports.
