Job Summary:

Fusion HCM Senior Techno-Functional Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Cloud professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have more than 8 years of functional experience in US and Canada Payroll, with a strong focus on payroll process and element setup for the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate must possess strong technical knowledge and be proficient in gathering detailed functional requirements from the business, documenting these in functional specifications.
  • Must review open cases/issues, troubleshoot for resolution and coordinate with the team regarding tickets.
  • Provides analysis and consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules or any new requirement in existing applications.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in computer science, engineering or other relevant fields is required.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal & written) and a positive learning attitude are essential.
