Capital Markets & Investment Banking Professional

The role involves leading capital market transactions, advising clients on equity fundraising strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

  • Lead capital market transactions including IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Preferential Allotments, and Bonds.
  • Advise clients on strategic positioning, transaction structuring, and deal execution.
  • Manage end-to-end deal execution from due diligence to coordination with regulators.
  • Conduct financial analysis, valuations, and feasibility studies to support decision-making.
  • Develop relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, merchant bankers, law firms, and intermediaries.
  • Stay updated on capital market trends and regulatory changes.
  • Prepare pitch decks, investor presentations, and transaction reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless execution.

Requirements:

  • CA/Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Commerce.
  • 5-6 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or financial advisory.
  • Deal execution experience in IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Bonds, or similar transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines, listing guidelines, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Established network with market participants is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
