We are seeking a dynamic Guest Relationship Executive to join our organization as a key contributor in delivering exceptional client experiences.
As the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, you will ensure a professional, engaging, and smooth experience while representing our brand image and values.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and prospective buyers, ensuring a positive first impression and building trust.
- Handle front desk operations including walk-in inquiries, calls, and appointment scheduling with precision and efficiency.
- Assist sales teams by managing customer walk-ins, documentation, and follow-ups to drive business results.
- Provide project-related information to visitors and guide them to the concerned department or team member.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and exceed expectations.
- Manage client feedback, queries, and escalate issues to ensure quick resolution and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client visits, inquiries, and interactions for reporting and analytical purposes.
- Support in organizing site visits, events, and promotional activities to foster business growth and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
- Pleasant personality, confident, and customer service oriented with a strong focus on empathy.
- Ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and poise under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with proficiency in using relevant software tools.
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, aviation, or front desk roles preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities with a keen eye for detail.
