Job Role Overview

The Front Desk Executive serves as a pivotal figure in creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations at the workplace. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team and contribute significantly to the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional visitor experiences by greeting and assisting them with necessary information and support.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, coordinate logistics, and guarantee that all required materials are readily available.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and oversee material inward and outward registers.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean and organized, coordinating with housekeeping and security teams.
  • Offer assistance with data entry, filing, and documentation as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling.
  • Pleasant personality, professional appearance, and strong attention to detail.
