Job Title Telecaller - Hospital Front Desk OPD Support Location Dombivli Maharashtra Job Type Full-Time Experience 1-3 years Industry Healthcare Hospital Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Telecaller to join our hospital team in Dombivli The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls making outbound calls to patients for follow-ups or appointment confirmations and providing accurate information regarding hospital services doctors availability and OPD timings Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner Schedule confirm and update patient appointments and follow-ups Provide information on doctors availability services offered and hospital timings Maintain records of calls and update patient databases as per protocols Follow up with patients for feedback reminders and missed appointments Coordinate with reception and OPD staff to ensure smooth communication Escalate any urgent or unresolved issues to the relevant department Maintain confidentiality and adhere to hospital s communication protocols Skills Required Excellent verbal communication skills in Marathi Hindi and basic English Good listening skills with a polite and patient attitude Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or hospital management systems Ability to multitask and work under pressure Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills Qualifications Minimum HSC 12th pass Graduation preferred Previous experience in telecalling customer service or hospital clinic front desk preferred Working Hours 9 00 AM - 6 00 PM Monday to Saturday Sunday off rotational if required Salary 12 000 - 16 000 per month based on experience and communication skills To Apply Email your resume to hrmartechsimplified gmail com or call us at 09873977672 Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 16 000 00 per month Work Location In person
