Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and draft commercial agreements with enterprise customers and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective transaction processes to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that agreements are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments in fintech laws and ensure that the company's agreements comply with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.
  • Strong understanding of fintech laws and regulations.
