Area Collections Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Area Collections Manager to oversee the operations of designated areas, driving sales growth and ensuring financial performance targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of designated area operations to meet or exceed performance targets in sales and operational efficiency
  • Development and implementation of strategies to improve operational efficiency, increase sales, and drive growth in designated areas
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, employees, and business partners
  • Leadership and guidance of location managers and teams, including setting performance expectations, coaching, and mentoring employees
  • Development and implementation of training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Monitoring financial performance, tracking sales and expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • Analysis of market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and development of programs to address those opportunities
  • Participation in strategic planning and budgeting processes, providing input and recommendations on initiatives to drive growth and improve operations
Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of business operations, including financial management and market analysis
  • Good organizational and time management skills
