  • Reviewing and analyzing mortgage loan files, including income, assets, credit, and collateral
  • Utilizing automated underwriting systems to determine approval and clearing conditions
  • Entering data into the client's loan operating system

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2+ years current conventional mortgage loan underwriting experience
  • A thorough working knowledge of GSE underwriting guidelines and automated underwriting engines (DU/LP)
  • Strong analytic, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented time management abilities
