Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Encompass Administrator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of proven hands-on experience in managing and customizing the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS).

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth system operations, user support, and compliance alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Encompass Configuration & Customization
    • Serve as the primary administrator for the Encompass LOS, including configuration of user roles, security, and access controls.
    • Manage and maintain input forms, business rules, field triggers, persona workflows, and reports.
    • Partner with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams to enhance system functionality.
  • System Maintenance & Upgrades
    • Maintain and test system updates, releases, and new features from ICE Mortgage Technology.
    • Monitor performance, optimize workflows, and maintain detailed documentation of configurations.
  • Integration Management
    • Support and manage integrations with third-party systems (loan servicing, document management, core banking).
    • Ensure data integrity and security across platforms.
  • Compliance & Risk Management
    • Ensure Encompass aligns with banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security policies.
    • Support audits and system usage reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of Encompass Administrator experience is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of Encompass workflows, configuration, and customizations is required.

Familiarity with compliance requirements is a plus.

ICE Mortgage Technology certifications are highly preferred.
