We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in office administration, with a proven track record of managing day-to-day tasks, maintaining records and filing systems, and coordinating with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, data entry, and report preparation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding activities and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle HR operations, including attendance, payroll coordination, and employee data management.
- Provide administrative support to senior management and other teams as needed.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with HR and recruitment processes.
