Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized female Office Administrator to oversee daily administrative and operational functions of our cafe The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory coordinating staff and ensuring the smooth functioning of the cafe Key Responsibilities Maintain and update daily inventory records for food beverages and supplies Monitor stock levels prepare purchase requests and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment Manage staff schedules attendance and basic HR support Oversee daily cafe operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning Support the management in handling bills petty cash and basic record-keeping Ensure cleanliness discipline and adherence to cafe standards Act as a point of contact between management staff and suppliers Requirements Female candidate only Previous experience in administration hospitality or cafe restaurant operations preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Basic knowledge of inventory management and staff coordination Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word and basic record-keeping Good communication and people management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Salary Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Staff meals and additional cafe perks Opportunity to grow within a supportive team Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
