1 Job Purpose The Admin Officer is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations maintaining office systems coordinating with departments and supporting management in administrative tasks 2 Key ResponsibilitiesA Office Administration Maintain office cleanliness supplies and infrastructure Oversee office assets equipment maintenance and AMC follow-ups Manage office stationery courier services and inventory records Handle vendor coordination for repairs maintenance and service requirements B Documentation Records Maintain employee records attendance updates and daily reports Prepare and maintain administrative documents letters circulars and reports Ensure proper filing soft hardcopy for audits and compliance C Facility Management Monitor security housekeeping and maintenance staff Ensure smooth functioning of utilities internet electricity water Oversee CCTV access control systems and safety equipment checks D Coordination Support Support HR with onboarding ID cards joining kits and employee queries Coordinate meetings travel arrangements and accommodation when required Assist departments with administrative needs promptly E Procurement Vendor Management Collect quotations negotiate pricing and prepare purchase approval notes Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of items Maintain vendor database and payment follow-up with Accounts F Compliance Safety Support statutory compliance activities ESI PF labour records when required Maintain safety standards and ensure office complies with company policies G Other Responsibilities Prepare daily weekly monthly admin reports Handle visitor management and front-office coordination Perform any additional tasks assigned by management Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 13 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
