Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration and be able to manage day-to-day operations with ease.

  • Manage the administrative functions of the office, including procurement, inventory, and facilities management.
  • Oversee the maintenance of accurate records, including bills, payments, and vendor contracts.
  • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
Required Skills and Qualifications
