Administrative Support Position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day office operations to ensure seamless coordination and a smooth workflow between departments.

  • Ensure timely and efficient handling of phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date office records, documents, and filing systems in both digital and physical formats.
  • Provide administrative support by assisting in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and aiding management as needed.
  • Coordinate with staff, vendors, and clients to meet operational requirements.
  • Monitor and oversee office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Ensure effective communication through company social platforms, sharing updates and maintaining a professional tone.
  • Support HR functions such as attendance tracking, employee coordination, and basic recruitment assistance.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment at all times.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience is required for this position.
