Contract Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Contract Specialist to own the drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing of a wide variety of contracts.

  • The ideal candidate will ensure legal compliance, align agreements with business objectives, mitigate risk, and maintain accurate contractual records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate diverse contracts—such as vendor agreements, service contracts, employment contracts, NDAs, licensing and partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align contractual terms with company strategies and policies.
  • Analyze contract terms to identify legal or business risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal standards.
  • Maintain a central repository of contract documentation and metadata for easy retrieval and tracking.
  • Monitor the contract lifecycle and flag deadlines proactively.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal teams on contract policies and best practices.
  • Support in resolving contract disputes and audits.
  • Prepare contract performance reports and metrics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or Business Administration.
  • 2+ years of experience in contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation.
  • Strong command of contract law, legal terminology, and risk assessment.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
