Job Overview:

The Senior Contract Administrator is responsible for managing and executing contracting processes for strategic, complex transactions.

They work in a multi-cultural environment covering multiple countries and/or lines of business.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under time-critical deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience drafting standard contractual documents, and proficient use of MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Contract Administrator will create, validate, and process contract documentation using Oracle's standard document templates.

They will follow defined engagement guidelines to liaise with other Deal Management teams, Finance, Legal, and other groups across Oracle.

The role involves setting direction for managed deals, ensuring consistency and adherence with Oracle strategy, commitments, and goals, as well as compliance with Oracle policies and procedures.

The Senior Contract Administrator will facilitate discussions amongst Sales and multiple Oracle functional stakeholders to reach agreement on contracting terms.

Key skills include stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving.

Experience with Oracle policies and procedures is highly desired.

Organizational skills are essential to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with seasonal fluctuations corresponding with Oracle's quarterly and annual fiscal cycles.
