Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to manage our end-to-end HR operations. This role involves handling payroll processing, statutory compliance and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities include managing onboarding processes, exit formalities, payroll processing, maintaining employee records and administering benefits such as mediclaim insurance.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws and be able to ensure accurate and timely execution of processes while supporting employee queries and grievances.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus and other statutory compliances
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS / Payroll software
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and report generation
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality and problem-solving skills

Qualifications and Experience:

  • MBA/Postgraduate in HR
  • 4 – 6 years of proven experience in HR Operations, Payroll & Statutory Compliance
