Job Title: HR Operations Executive

Overview of the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, ensuring seamless execution and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding processes, encompassing documentation, induction, and employee file management.
  • Manage exit formalities, including resignation, clearance, and final settlements in accordance with company policies.
  • Process payroll transactions accurately and efficiently, including salary payments, deductions, overtime compensation, reimbursements, and incentives.
  • Ensure strict compliance with statutory regulations related to provident fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Gratuity, Bonus, and other relevant labour laws.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records, human resource management systems (HRMS), attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Prepare and issue official HR correspondence, such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, relieving letters, and other essential documents.
  • Administer mediclaim insurance, handling enrollment, claims processing, and providing support to employees.
  • Generate regular HR reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Support internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance evaluations by maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Profound knowledge of payroll processing, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory compliances.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/payroll software applications.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and report generation tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, audits, and compliance requirements efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of proven experience in HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
