About this role:

This position plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our production activities. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring production throughout each shift to guarantee that production volume, quality, and efficiency meet sales demand.

The successful candidate will provide engineering support for ongoing and new operations within the respective production area. This includes providing necessary process and project engineering support to relevant departments to ensure safe, effective, and efficient production.

Additionally, the Production Coordinator will serve as backup to the Production Manager in their absence. Key areas of focus include:

Requirements:

  • B.Tech/BE in Ceramics/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering from a reputable institution
  • 7-10 years of applicable experience in similar industries
  • Proven track record with at least 3 years of experience in production processes at plant level
  • Working knowledge of SAP
