Strategic HR Business Partner

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our organisation as a Strategic HR Business Partner. The role will focus on delivering business-driven HR solutions that support the achievement of organisational goals.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will act as a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, providing expert guidance on HR practices and policies. Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives;
  2. Providing HR input to support organisational performance improvement;
  3. Collaborating with business teams to implement change management initiatives;
  4. Supporting talent planning, internal mobility, and succession planning to meet workforce needs;
  5. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to think strategically. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field;
  • At least 4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role;
  • Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced, or high-growth organisation;
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools;
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills;
  • A strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
