Job Description

The Accountant cum HR Executive will oversee daily accounting and financial operations, including payroll management, employee record keeping, and compliance. This role requires a strong knowledge of accounting principles and human resources processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial records in Zoho Books / Payroll / People and QuickBooks.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in audits.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts and HR tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in accounting and HR functions.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books / Payroll / People and QuickBooks (preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
