  • Utilize data and analytics to drive HR decision-making and improve processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals.
  • Organize continuous learning and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Address employees' requests and grievances to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Drive regular employee engagement and retention efforts to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Lead change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies.
Requirements and Skills:
  • 4+ years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated approach to daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Minimum Master's degree in Human Resources or Personnel Management.
