Comprehensive Training Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive training programs. This role involves collaborating with global stakeholders to ensure that all users are proficient with new systems, thereby facilitating a smooth transition and optimizing operational efficiency.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Training Manager who can design and implement regional training strategies aligned with global SAP S/4HANA deployment plans. The successful candidate will assess training needs by collaborating with business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale training programs across multiple countries, with at least 3 years focused on SAP S/4HANA. They should have strong instructional design experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in e-learning development tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Key Responsibilities- Training Strategy Development: Design and implement a regional training strategy aligned with the global SAP S/4HANA deployment plan.
- Curriculum Design and Development: Develop role-based training curriculum covering all relevant modules and processes.
- Training Delivery and Coordination: Oversee the scheduling and delivery of training sessions across multiple countries.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global training teams to align regional training initiatives with global standards.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in training and development, with at least 3 years focused on SAP S/4HANA.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale training programs across multiple countries.
