Job Opportunity

This role is for an experienced professional in sales training who can design and deliver high-quality training programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving customer satisfaction ratings through effective communication skills and the ability to identify areas of opportunity.

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for sales teams, focusing on business communication and relationship management.
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify training requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with quality teams to ensure training materials are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to agents on their performance, and create opportunities for growth and development.
  • Support the hiring process by providing input on candidate suitability.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales training or a related field.
  • Excellent English and Tamil communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), Google Suite, and authoring tools for content creation.
