Job Opportunity: Advanced Excel Expert

We seek a seasoned instructor to deliver high-quality training sessions on advanced Excel skills to students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and training, with a focus on adult education.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs on advanced Excel functions, including cell references, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, power pivots, SUMIF, COUNTIF, IF, OR, AND functions, and data validation.
  • Maintain course materials, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and aligned with industry standards.
  • Counsel and mentor students to ensure they achieve their goals and meet program requirements.
  • Evaluate student progress, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Promote professional values and ethics, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, computer science, business administration).
  • At least 1 year of experience as a faculty member or trainer, preferably in adult education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in soft skill training and personality development.
  • Familiarity with online meeting tools (e.g., WebEx, Skype) and remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Ammyy).
