Job Title: Learning Experience Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Learning Experience Manager to lead end-to-end training for sales teams, retail partners, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating multi-format content, developing curriculum and SOPs, and setting up learning management systems.

  • Create engaging content: interactive presentations, role-plays, quizzes, and videos.
  • Develop comprehensive curricula and standard operating procedures for product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate technical information into accessible demos and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Design and implement effective learning strategies, track progress, and report on impact using data-driven insights.
  • Hire and manage regional trainers, onboard channel trainers, and coordinate with external vendors.

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of experience in retail training, preferably in the beauty or personal care industry; a proven track record of leading large-scale training programs.
  • Strong understanding of cosmetics and skincare products, including their ingredients and benefits.
  • Bilingualism in Hindi and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in tools like Google Sheets/Excel and learning management systems.
