About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Staff member to join our dynamic team.

  • You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and personalized product recommendations to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Inspecting incoming products and managing inventory efficiently to ensure timely restocking and minimize waste.
  • Overseeing daily store operations, including product displays, cleanliness, and checkout processes to maintain a seamless shopping experience.

You will also have the opportunity to:

  • Assist customers with in-store promotions and brand introductions to foster brand loyalty and awareness.
  • Support part-time staff with product knowledge and customer service training to develop their skills and confidence.
