Our team is seeking a skilled Technical Operations Engineer to deliver exceptional service and drive technical excellence for our customers.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will be responsible for managing the deployment, configuration, incident handling, performance tuning, and capacity management of our technical operations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for responding promptly to customer queries and resolving issues in a 24x7 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage deployment, configuration, incident handling, performance tuning, and capacity management.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve issues in a 24x7 environment.
  • Own and resolve technical issues, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and restore operations effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software or application issues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge base improvements for enhanced application support.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing Java-based services in Linux, Apache, and MySQL environments.
  • Expertise in public cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with MySQL query optimizations and complex BASH scripting.
  • Skills in analyzing logs, monitoring tools, and service data for troubleshooting.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of the telecom domain.
  • Experience with Contact Center applications.
  • Exposure to conducting product demos and proof of concepts with the sales team.
