
Exceptional Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued clients.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries via email or phone.
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and promptly while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve effective solutions and provide product information and recommendations.
- Maintaining performance metrics and SLAs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A proven track record of delivering flawless customer service and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centered approach, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools, with a preference for Bachelor's degree (Arts, Science, Commerce, Business Administrations).
- A minimum of 0-1 year experience in a similar role, with flexibility to work non-traditional hours if required.
This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
