  • Deliver exceptional service and achieve contractual obligations globally.
  • Ensure Service Desk efficiency and effectiveness as one Global Service Desk.
  • Manage global account level headcount control and related commercial responsibility across all locations.
  • Actively promote projects and initiatives that improve service quality and efficiencies.
  • Responsible for business continuity during operational hours.
  • Hold relationships with key Delivery Leadership and Service Management personnel.
  • Lead Operation Managers and hold P&L accountability.
  • Customer interaction through onsite Service Managers and attending service review meetings.
  • Drive Continual Service improvements for cost reduction and benefits realization.
  • Escalate complex issues or complaints and provide support to team members.
  • Support service integration, new business activities, and contract renewals.
  • Actively manage Service Quality and ensure 'service excellence' ethos promoted.
  • Support GSD Objectives and Strategy.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and coaching abilities, and relevant experience in managing service desk teams.

Our ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or a relevant field, along with 14+ years of experience in managing service desk teams, including 2+ years of leadership experience.
