Job Title: Executive - Customer Services

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Executive - Customer Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Single Point of Contact for all queries, issues, and grievances related to assigned key accounts
  • Develop and maintain good relations with key decision-makers in client organizations to leverage relationships for business opportunities
  • Understand client business needs to design and position Blue Dart's services effectively
  • Ensure timely service delivery, retention, and revenue growth from assigned key accounts
  • Track shipments, ensure timely deliveries, and organize priority delivery and special pickups as needed
  • Monitor Net Service Levels (NSLs) to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions
