The position of Customer Service Professional is pivotal in ensuring seamless interactions with clients. Effective communication, issue resolution, and technical understanding are crucial for success.

  • Possessing excellent verbal and written English skills is vital for engaging with customers and resolving their queries efficiently.
  • A solid grasp of commerce platform concepts, encompassing online services, Order to Cash operations, and billing systems processes, is necessary for troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints.
  • Collaboration across teams and a willingness to learn are also essential qualities for this role.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles or related fields and be able to develop an understanding of the Azure Platform and its architecture.
