Validation Lead Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the validation process and ensure product quality and reliability throughout the development lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement validation strategies and processes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define validation requirements and priorities.
  3. Establish validation plans, protocols, and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  4. Oversee the execution of validation activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ, software validation, and process validation.
  5. Perform risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance validation processes and increase efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 6-12 years of experience in validation and quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO, MHRA) and industry best practices.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of validation analysts.
