Job Title: Agile Project Manager

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead Agile software development initiatives, serving as both Project Manager and Scrum Master across cross-functional teams.
  • Manage the entire Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) — from requirements gathering and analysis to design, development, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Coordinate with distributed teams including Business Analysts, UI/Backend Developers, QA, DevOps, and Support to ensure seamless execution.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Reviews/Demos, and backlog grooming.
  • Deliver projects under Fixed Price and Time & Material (T&M) engagement models, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
  • Closely collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide transparent status updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, blockers, and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Champion software development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines across teams.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams by understanding high-level architecture and system design.
  • Leverage working knowledge of Angular and Node.js to validate technical solutions, support decision-making, and unblock development teams.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management.

  • Experience with software development tools and technologies.
