Hotel Intern Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests with a positive attitude, ensuring excellent customer service throughout their stay.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Communication: Handle phone calls, messages, and inquiries, directing them to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Administrative Support: Organize files, records, and documents, updating them as needed. Create and manage spreadsheets for reporting and operational needs.
  • Property Management Support: Conduct inventory checks, maintain records, and assist in procurement of monthly supplies. Assume property in-charge duties during absence of property manager.
  • Food and Beverage Assistance: Support the service of food and beverages to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Book Keeping Assistance: Issue invoices and assist in basic bookkeeping tasks.
