The ideal candidate will be a key member of the hotel team, responsible for overseeing front desk and associated areas.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest inquiries.
- Supervise front office staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure accurate and efficient handling of guest requests and issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, responding promptly to guest needs and concerns.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality-related field.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexible to relocate within southern India.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
