Job Title: Corporate Operations Leader

Location: India

About the Role:

Our client is a leading Hospitality company with multiple international luxury hotel brands in India. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to work closely with the CEO and assist him in leading the Company's Operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company, ensuring the highest standards of excellence and efficiency. This role requires a smart and hands-on leader with sound financial and commercial acumen and general manager experience with international brand hotels in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Assist the CEO in overseeing the management of multiple hospitality assets through business partners, ensuring they meet international luxury standards and deliver desired levels of profitability.
  • Collaborate with international luxury hotel brands to maintain and enhance service quality and profitability.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and improvements across all assets.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee budgets, financial performance, and profitability of the assets.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hotel brand partners and senior leadership within the organization.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the hospitality sector.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role as General Manager/Unit Head of a Hotel with a leading International Hospitality Brand in India.
  • Proven experience in managing hospitality operations.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgetary management.
  • Ability to contribute to the company's growth and development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Familiarity with international luxury hotel brand standards and operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals.
