Job Title: Employee Relations Associate

Job Description:

The role involves working with the Employee Relations team to create a positive work environment and resolve employee issues. This includes investigating conflicts, providing emotional support, and implementing policies and procedures.

This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to develop relationships at all levels and act in an advisory capacity.

Responsibilities:

  1. Resolving employee relations issues and minimizing disputes.
  2. Monitoring organization culture and values and supporting policy implementation.
  3. Leading personnel policy implementation and establishment of lines of control.
  4. Partnering with business and external bodies to achieve company objectives.
  5. Employee assimilation and new hire compliance.
