Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Remote User Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for building meaningful connections with our users and creating engaging experiences that drive user retention.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of user-centric design principles, and the ability to empathize with users from diverse backgrounds.

In this role, you will work closely with our product team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance user engagement. You will also collaborate with our community management team to create and implement effective engagement initiatives that meet our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • User Calling: Help onboard new users, re-engage inactive ones, and support retention through proactive conversations.
  • Query Resolution: Handle user queries via calls with empathy and efficiency.
  • Community Management: Organize virtual meetups, facilitate doubt-clearing sessions, and address hotline concerns.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather user insights to improve our product and support.
  • Relationship Building: Foster trust and long-term engagement with our users.
