Position Overview

The HR Engagement Specialist will focus on enhancing the employee experience throughout their lifecycle. This role involves conducting structured connects with employees to gather feedback, address concerns, and enhance the onboarding experience. Acting as a strategic partner, the specialist will play a pivotal role in fostering engagement, creating transparent communication channels, and driving initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular connects with employees to gather feedback, address concerns, and enhance the onboarding experience.
  • Design, implement, and manage engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
  • Develop and execute the annual engagement calendar for all stakeholders, including recognition events and initiatives that promote team connects and collaboration.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to create and implement engagement calendars that align with organizational goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in designing and managing surveys and analyzing results.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employee engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in data visualization platforms.
